Josh and I sat down last night with a map, and made a list of states that we were bith willing to move to after graduation. The list came down to: Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Minnesota, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinios, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, Pensylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusets, Rhode Island, and Hawaii. Then we eliminated Hawaii because thats just wishful thinking, Minnesota, and Wisconsin because there is too much snow, Tennessee and Kentucky because they just arent all that cool, and Connecticut and RI for no particular reason that I can remember. So, that leaves us with Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Michigan (Grand Rapids Area ONLY), Florida, Pensylvania, Maryland, and Massachusets. From here we decided to eliminate Colorado because its an 'outlier', and the others fit nicely into 'regions' - east, west, or south. So, now all we have to do is research some cities to find out what areas of each state are actually going to be options for us. Overall, it feels good to have some kind of direction...even if that direction will probably change 7 million times before we get there.
