At 1:15 today Scott Jackson came to my cube and told me to grab my stuff - I was getting moved the the J offices (1/2 mile away, above the distribution floor, but still in the same building). Whoa, okay. Get there, find out that the new Mitsubishi 3PL project is heading down the tubes fast, and I was selected to work on the 6 Sigma project to fix it before disaster strikes. Pretty much we went live with a system that wasnt compatible, and now there are all kinds of carrier issues. So, I went in to work today at 7:30 thinking I would leave at 4 as usual. Not so much...I left work at 9. I can't complain though...overtime rocks, and I'm probably going to be getting A LOT of it in the coming weeks, and they might extend my internship by a few weeks. We'll see. Also, I was the only intern choosen to work on the project - go me! :) After work, I had to go get gas, then I ate some cereal for dinner (I had plans to cook, but that wasnt happening), and now, I'm going to bed to get up and do it again tomorrow. I'm going to be so busy that the time is going to fly until I go home! :)
