Lately I have been ridiculously tired. No matter how much I sleep, I wake up exhausted. I think it has a lot to do my apartment. It never gets quite dark here, because the lights outside my window are always one, and my mattress is very uncomfortable. Now that I have the apartment to myself, I might try sleeping on the couch. It can't hurt to try. This weekend when I was at Kristens extended stay apt. I slept wonderfully. I think it was because it was dark, and the bed was sooo comfortable. Then, I get back here, and bam, tossing and turning all night. It was hard to make it through the day today becuase I ws so tired. I'm buying a new bed in August, thats it. Time to try out the couch for the night and see if it helps.

You need an eye mask, I can't sleep if it isn't pitch black and quiet - when I travel I bring an eye mask and ear plugs.
