Chicago 'Must Sees'

I'm looking for info on cool things to do/see in Chicago on weekends. Josh and I want to take a few weekend trips just to get away, but I dont know where to stay, what to do, etc. Museums, art gallerys, different districts, cultural stuff, you know. Thought you could help! :) Thanks!
