Chocolate

After almost 4 hours in the salon last night, my hair looks great - a perfect chocolate brown color! This is the second time that I've been to Melissa and again, I am thrilled with the color and cut. While others have given up and sent me home with funny color, she kept trying new things until she got it right. And, she listens to me, which results in her cutting my hair perfectly. Hurray! Also, this is the second time that I've made an appointment for my next visit before I left the salon (otherwise I let it go way too long). As long as shes around, I might never leave the salon in tears again! :) Josh got a hair cut too, and it looks very handsome. :)

After my appointment I went next door to Bed B@th & Beyond to pick up a summer bedspread. Our down comforter is way too much for the summer months. Lately I have been obsessed with the color brown. Chocolate Brown, specifically. The duvet cover for our down comforter is white with brown boxes, if you recall, and our lampshades, carpets, etc are all chocolate brown to match, so I had to stick with that (not that I minded). I fell in love with this one the day before while Josh and I were there, but because it was kind of pricey, I wanted to sleep on it. Typically, if I cant stop thinking about something after I've left the store, then I know I really wanted it. I REALLY wanted this one, and I'm glad I got it - it looks fantastic and I love how silky it feels! :)
