House Hunt

We've seen everything in our price range that even loosely meets our criteria in terms of location, yard size, and square footage. We haven't even seen anything worth putting on the 'maybe list'. We're pretty bummed. But, on the bright side, seeing those houses actually made us feel a little better about our own.

So, the plan is to keep looking as new things come on the market, but at this point we are not going to list our house. We do plan to wrap up all of the little projects that need to be done anyway, that way if we do even find the prefect something, we'll be ready.

I'm happy and sad at the same time.
