Offer Accepted

The after a few go arounds, we finally came to an agreement. Hurray! We close May 5th - I can't wait! :) Now we need to try to figure out how we want the basement finished and negotiate that with them.

Yeah!!!!! Do you have a contingency in there about selling your house? I am so excited for you guys :) Plus, this means that you have to drive past our house everytime you go home so you'll have to come over more!!! Oh - and now you have to come to a Metamora football game with me since you'll be living in the town and that is what we do on Friday nights :) Yeah :)
