I have my first appointment with a grief counselor this afternoon. C@t's Employee Assistance Plan covers six sessions, so I thought I might as well take advantage of the free service. Then after the six sessions are up, my insurance will cover 80% of the cost for future vistis. Hopefully it helps - I've never been to counseling, but I am hopeful.

Be hopeful. Counseling is a wonderful outlet to grief and depression. Thinking of you......

Good for you. I think it'll help you to talk about it with another person - someone trained to help you cope.

I've been thinking about you a lot. :)

Good for you. I'm sure it will be nice to just get some of your thoughts and feelings out. Good luck with it and lots of love your way!

I think that's a good plan. My employer has the same type of thing... first 6 sessions are free then coverage based off insurance, it's all part of our "happy employees are productive employees"
