Decision

I am not taking the separation package. I re-accepted the position in the supplier compliance team under Candie (that originally fell through when Cat went scare-crazy). I'm very happy and secure with my decision. I'm excited about the opportunities that I'm going to have in this new team. 2009 is looking way better than 2008, so far. :)

*Clarification* Candie has been my boss for a year and a half and she asked me to follow her to the new group. I didn't even hesitate because she is the best boss I could ever ask for. And no, Josh is not taking the separation package - that wasn't ever really an option.
